CREDIT CARD
1. You can pay on the Marsupio Shop using credit cards on the VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro circuits. Payment takes place on a secure server — with this system, all your credit card details are passed directly to the banking institution responsible for the transaction via an encrypted and secure connection. No one at Marsupio or on the Internet has access to your credit card details either at the time of submission or afterwards. The amount is charged to your card and Marsupio immediately processes the order. Orders paid by credit card are the fastest to be fulfilled, as confirmation of payment reaches Marsupio instantly.
2. You will be redirected to the payment platform: enter the cardholder name, card number, expiry date and the security code found on the back of the card (last 3 digits for Visa and Mastercard).
3. Click Confirm payment. If required by your card, a window will open where you can enter your 3D Secure Code. (For more information, contact your card issuer.)
BANK TRANSFER
1. Once you reach the Payment step, select Bank Transfer and click Complete order.
2. You will receive an email confirming your order has been created, containing all the information needed to make the transfer.
3. Make the bank transfer payable to MARSUPIO SNC and enter the order number as the PAYMENT REFERENCE.
4. Send the receipt by email to marsupio@marsupio.it, specifying the order number, first name and surname.
5. It is important that you make the transfer and send us the receipt as soon as possible.
6. After carrying out the necessary checks, we will arrange shipment of the products you ordered.
Note: This online store operates from the European Union and all transactions are carried out in Euros (unless otherwise specified). If payment is made in another currency, the exchange rate applied will be that of the day on which the purchase is made. There are no additional charges for currency conversion.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment will be made in cash to the courier upon delivery. An additional charge of €3.00 applies for this payment method.
SCALAPAY
If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order straight away and pay in 3 instalments. Please note that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related entities and their assignees, and you authorise such assignment.
The service is available up to a maximum amount of €300 and has no additional costs if the instalments are paid by the due date.
At the time of purchase, the first instalment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be immediately charged. The subsequent 2 instalments will be charged every 4 weeks.
First instalment: at the time of purchase
Second instalment: 4 weeks from the date of purchase
Third and final instalment: 8 weeks from the date of purchase
After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you do not have one, you can create it from the Scalapay login page. Before completing the order, you will need to add a debit or credit card to which the 3 instalments will be automatically charged on their respective due dates as explained above.
Scalapay is completely free for buyers provided that instalments are paid by the set deadline.
A late payment fee will only be charged if one or more of the scheduled instalments are not repaid correctly by the due date.
Scalapay will notify you a few days before each instalment is due via SMS and email. If you have not made the payment before the expected due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:
Payment made by the due date = No additional cost!
Payment made more than 1 day late = up to €6 in additional costs
Payment made more than 1 week late = a further €6 in additional costs (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 per payment)
The total cost of fees cannot exceed 10% of the total order value.
We are aware that some mitigating circumstances may arise that prevent payment from being made by the due date. If you believe your case falls into one of these categories, please send an email to info@scalapay.it before the payment due date.
You may return your orders in accordance with our return policy. Scalapay will be notified as soon as we approve your return.
Once the cancellation of your order has been received, Scalapay will cancel your instalments starting from the last one and, if necessary, will refund any instalments already paid directly to your card.
Paying in instalments with Scalapay is completely free. You will only pay the cost of your order split into 3 equal instalments due every 4 weeks. For example, if you are buying a backpack costing €90, you will pay €30 at the time of purchase, €30 after 4 weeks and the final €30 after 8 weeks. It works like PayPal, but you pay in instalments!
