Marsupio

How it works

1 – Purchase the product on our online shop and complete the payment to finalise your order (cash on delivery is not accepted for this service).

2 – Next, fill in the form below — we'll help you create the perfect gift for your loved one.

Have you purchased a Marsupio product on our website?
Personalise it with a name or word of your choice, via print or embroidery.

Once we receive the completed form, we will send you by email:

• a graphic preview of the customisation on the chosen product,
• the updated cost of the customisation*.

After your confirmation and payment (via bank transfer or PayPal, no cash on delivery), we will begin production of the customisation.**
Production takes approximately 8–10 working days from the moment we receive payment.

* This service is not subject to promotions or discounts.
** If the order was placed with cash on delivery payment to the courier, the full order amount — including the cost of the customisation — will need to be paid in full.
