RETURN POLICY

The products must be returned within 14 days from delivery. Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
Returned products must have all their original labels and must be in their original packaging.

 

CHANGE
HOW TO ASK FOR A CHANGE
Asking for a change is an easy and fast process. Contact the customer service, or send an e-mail to marsupio@marsupio.it, specifying:

  • Order number
  • Article ordered
  • Name and Surname
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Reason for the change and new request

N.B.: Some products are only available in one size/color. These products cannot be changed with another size/color. If you want to change this products with a similar one, please specify it in your request.


TRANSPORT COSTS AND TIME FRAME
The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely charged to the customer. The shipment of the new product/s will be charged to Marsupio. Your new product will be sent as soon as we will get the original one.

 

REFUND
HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND
You can return your product within 30 days from delivery and you can ask for a refund.

Asking for a refund is an easy and fast process. Contact the customer service, or send an e-mail to marsupio@marsupio.it, specifying:

  • Order number
  • Article ordered
  • Name and Surname
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Reason for the return
  • Bank details (IBAN + SWIFT)

REFUND AMOUNT
The administrative costs for the refund will be charged to Marsupio. On the contrary, all costs of shipping, either by courier or postal service, will be charged to the customer. Therefore the customer will get back the value of the returned product.

REFUND PROCEDURE
The customer must communicate his bank details to the customer service. The data that are requested are IBAN and name of the account holder.
Marsupio operates from the European Union, so all transactions are translated into Euros as a result of the payment by the customer. For payments in a currency different from Euro, Marsupio still returns the amount in Euro, the currency amount is then calculated on the exchange rate on the day the refund is made. Exchange rate risks are therefore charged to the customer.

TIME FRAME FOR THE REFUND
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives in our warehouse. Please note: If you pay by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement.
