That's why Marsupio offers a reliable and concrete after-sales service: whenever possible, we prefer to work on the product by replacing or repairing worn parts, rather than discarding it.
A zip, a buckle or a seam shouldn't mark the end of a product designed to last. We believe a company's integrity is also measured after the purchase, in its ability to provide support, expertise and continuity over time.

Sustainability doesn't only depend on the manufacturer — it also concerns those who choose to buy and how they look after a product. Choosing quality and durability over disposable means consuming fewer resources and reducing environmental impact.
Take care of your products: clean them properly, repair them when possible and, when you no longer need them, give them a new life.
Practical tips
Use lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash.
Do not use a tumble dryer. Leave to dry in the open air, away from direct sunlight, which can degrade technical fabrics.
When not in use, store your backpack in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid prolonged compression, which can deform the padding.
Repair when possible — often small adjustments are enough to extend the life of your product.
