At the bottom of this page we list the countries to which Marsupio ships. The shipping cost will appear in your cart and will be added to the order total during the checkout process, charged at the time of payment.ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from 9:00 to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMES
For shipments within Italy, delivery times are generally between 24 and 72 hours from the moment of dispatch (excluding public holidays).
During holiday and pre-holiday periods, such as the Christmas season and the summer break, delivery times may experience delays beyond our control.
Orders will in any case be processed and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible.
Shipments to the European Union and outside the European Union take approximately 4–7 working days. For any requests, questions, or comments, please contact customer service.
Once the order has been fulfilled, an email will be sent with the details of the courier the parcel has been entrusted to, along with the tracking number to follow the status of the shipment.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the European Union
There are no additional costs or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not be required to pay anything upon delivery.
Outside the European Union
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who will be required to pay the applicable amount to the courier or relevant customs authorities.
FAILED CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all necessary information and/or settle any applicable taxes to ensure that the parcel clears customs. If the parcel is not cleared, it will be returned to our warehouse.
